The Office for Customer, ICT and Digital Transformation leads and develops the implementation of a more contemporary ICT and digital platform that will drive digital transformation, support the modernisation of the public sector, harmonise technologies and change the way we do business to make government services more efficient, effective and accessible to all South Australians.

ICT and Digital Transformation initiatives are expected to improve the government’s current ICT service delivery, drive economic development and deliver improved value for money.
