Applications are now open for the Blockchain Innovation Challenge with a prize pool of up to $100,000 on offer.
As part of the challenge, local entrepreneurs, start-ups and blockchain enthusiasts are invited to come up with a concept for how blockchain technology could improve operational efficiency, enable business model innovation, or influence how government, business and society interact.
Finalists will also get the opportunity to pitch their idea in front of an audience of international entrepreneurs, regulators, financiers, researchers and innovators at next year's ADC Global Blockchain Summit, hosted in Adelaide from 18 to 19 March 2019.
They will receive professional support to refine their ideas and undertake pitch coaching, with winners to share in $100,000 to further their blockchain project proposal.
Applications close on 4 February 2019. For more information or to submit an application visit blockchain.yoursay.sa.gov.au.
